By the time that Golden Spoon RP happens she is increasingly uncomfortable with being in the same room as that drow. She also steadily stops being attracted to Derek because she is learning about herself and what she needs.

My favorite friendship moments beside Iida and Midoriya and Midoriya and Todoroki are Mineta ones .
I like him with Kaminari, when He's not acting like a perv; I like his friendship with Tsuyu and I like him with Midoriya and I like him with Shoji.
But, that's beside the point Midoriya is one of those "I see the good in people, when they can't" type of protangonist and Shoji Mezo is the Man and I really Tokoyami, but I'm digressing.
The thing that I like about Mineta gets shown when He's fighting and his perverted side gets toned down.
We see, that He's a great friend to his classmates when he shows that He. He's willing to be brave. He shows that He's will not leave a person when his cowardly side isn't in control. He's quick thinking and cunning . He's willing to go through pain for his friends. He's starting to improve his point of view.

The reason why all the chicks are annoyed by Mineta,but don't hate him outside of his extreme perverted moments because Jiro spelled it out for you: They're at the age where validation from the dudes make them thirsty as fuck for more. In real life, I'm not okay with sexual harassment. But, I'm a perverted minded woman who likes crude stuff. I think that He could improve himself. He's gotta see that a pervert is a bad thing.
